Kitsap Gas Piping did an excellent job getting my problem resolved. They were able to quickly get me scheduled, and the technician did an excellent job fixing my gas piping. Terrific service. Very knowledgeable, responsible and professional. Kitsap Gas Piping helped install my Generac generator and helped along every step of the process, and even made sure all of my natural gas appliances were ready to go after the install. Kitsap Gas Piping came through again for me. Although they didn’t have the part for my 16-year-old appliance. They attempted to fabricate a substitute near the end of the working day on a Friday going into a holiday weekend. Kitsap Gas Piping recently repaired a gas line in our home that had been damaged. The price was reasonable, the quote process easy, and the final product excellent. They didn't just do the repair - they did all of the little things that make it right, for now and in the future. On top of all that, they're just really nice easy-going guys! We purchased a new range with propane burners and had the supply installed by an someone who ended up quitting the job after being unable to locate a leak resulting in the line not holding pressure.  We called Kitsap Gas Piping and they were out the next day!  In about 2 hours they had located and repaired the leak, redesigned the valving and improved the mounting! When I was slow to get out of my truck in the rain, Melanie put on a jacket and came outside to ask if she could help me. Car service, like A&W! Once inside, I explained that I wanted to connect an outdoor grill to the house propane. Melanie was way ahead of me and knew exactly what I needed. Moreover, she had the packaged product behind her desk. Troy paused to offer advice and additional, but unneeded, fittings. I was amazed at how prepared Kitsap Gas Piping was to meet my needs. Price was beyond reasonable. Friendliest staff and service ever.
